Mediterranean Chef de Partie

Breakfast, lunch and dinner is run by a high profile head chef who has worked in Michelin star restaurants all around the world. The restaurant takes up to 250 covers each sitting with the busiest being lunch. We are seeking chefs who have a passion for creating new recipes using only the best seasonal produce available. You will be working on all sections as well as helping the more junior chefs.  You must have great time management skills as well as being organized and hard working.

What we need:

  • Two years experience in a busy commercial kitchen at chef de parti standard.
  • Be able to manage their own workload
  • Flexible with hours.
  • Creative.
  • Comfortable on all sections.
