This is a diverse “hands on” role with overall responsibility for every aspect of the chalet operation and for the performance of each individual member of the chalet team. The main emphasis in this role is on customer service, the key objective being to deliver a exceptional hospitality service and to create unique and memorable holiday experiences for every client.
To be eligible for this role you must have excellent hospitality, chalet and management experience. These roles are in demanding and high end working environments
