The key aim of this role is to provide a resort-based private chauffeur service to all our clients. There is a particularly strong emphasis in this role on our clients’ safety and well-being. This role incorporates some hosting/housekeeping duties within the chalet to assist team in creating a 5* hospitality experience for the guests.



·      Delivering a first-class private chauffeur service to all clients. You will be required to work either a 7-3 shift or a 3- finish shift, 2 days of day shift and 1 day off.

·      Being proactive in assisting clients generally with any general queries or special requests

·      Minor chalet maintenance

·      Attending to chalet fire (inc clearing and stacking firewood)

·      Identifying other maintenance / health + safety issues and notifying Chalet Manager

·      Snow clearing of all pathways leading to and areas immediately surrounding the chalet (including all terraces and balconies)

·      Daily maintenance and cleaning of various chalet facilities (e.g. Jacuzzis/Pools)

·      Assisting with the safe transportation of staff and goods when required

·      Supporting and assisting each member of chalet team in their individual roles when required including FOH service when required, assisting providing cooked breakfast on chef day off assisting with cleaning and chalet duties on changeover day

·      Assist with turn down of bedrooms and kitchen assistance of an evening.

This role would suit individuals with the following skill set:

·      At least 5 years driving experience

·      Knowledge of chauffeur etiquette is essential

·      Previous hospitality or customer service experience 

·      Excellent interpersonal skills

·      Excellent time management skills

·      Conversational French is desirable

·      Well presented and of smart appearance

·      Full clean UK driving license

·      Previous off road or alpine / ice driving experience is desirable

·      UK National Insurance number and bank account
