We offer catered and self-catered holidays in the best resorts in the French Alps Meribel and Val dIsere. Our emphasis is on delicious food in the Alps finest resorts. Our team of both seasonal and year round staff must be full of enthusiasm for both fabulous food and great snow! We want to strengthen our connections in the UK with that of the team in the Alps and are looking for a candidate to join and assist in doing this. 


The job will be varied and you will need to be flexible and enthusiastic to fit with the company ethos. 
The role will entail: 


Ø Answering all sales calls and emails 

Ø Dealing directly with all enquiries and agents, answering queries and sending quotes 

Ø Taking all bookings and dealing with the admin involved 

Ø You will be the primary point of call for all pre-holiday care. Liaising with the guests to book transfers, ski school, ski passes and answer all queries both accurately and efficiently both by phone and by email. 

Ø You will work closely with the company managers, and will also liaise weekly with the teams in resort 

Ø You will assist with marketing, newsletters and social media 

Ø The role will be varied throughout the year as a consequence of the seasonal nature of the business 


Key skills requirements: 



Ø Min 2 years' experience in customer service environment and / or two winter seasons 

Ø Able to adapt to different working environments and happy to work both individually and in a team 

Ø Excellent telephone manner 

Ø Professional, reliable and flexible attitude 

Ø Outstanding communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills 

Ø Creative problem solving skills 

Ø Good time management and organisational skills 

Ø Patience, diplomacy and level-headed 

Ø Previous customer service experience in travel industry beneficial 

Ø An interest in the travel industry and skiing/snowboarding in particular 





Start date: Mar 2015 

Permanent position 

Job based in Surrey (between Dorking and Guildford) but flexible on working from home ¾ days a week 


You will be required to work every 3rd Saturday throughout the winter season. To balance this, July and August will be 4 day weeks Tues Friday. 

Salary: 

· £20,000 + annual bonus based on hitting targets. 

· One weeks skiing holiday for 2 during the winter. 

· One familiarisation trip per year to the Alps.
