We are recruiting for a head chef to start at the beginning of July and be the sole kitchen member responsible for delivering a great quality product to the summer trade. This position is in the ski resort of Ste Foy. Whilst significantly less busy than the winter season we still expect to see a steady trade level.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with the back of house responsibilities that go alongside a management role. You should be passionate about delivering great tasting and looking food.
This is a 2 month position with offered accommodation and a good rate of pay.
