Our client is a smart 4* accommodation and venue on the Cornish Atlantic coast. They are looking for a sous chef and a CDP to operate across their two outlets. One is a beautiful seafood bistro and they also have an award winning pub on site.
The ideal candidates should be experienced handling seafood and have a passion for working with fresh, locally sourced produce. A previous role as a sous chef is preferred although not essential.
This opportunity is available for a seasonal or permanent placement.
