Candidates must have: Working knowledge of a professional kitchen environment, show a passion for the hospitality industry and a flexible approach to working hours. French language and a drivers licence are an advantage.
The Head Chef will be responsible for a multitude of tasks including breakfast, contribution to menu design, food ordering from local suppliers, stock control, all aspects of cleanliness and all related HACCP and COSHH procedures and paperwork, as well as all food preparation and food service.
This company loves their snow sports and so the working hours of this position are designed to support this (i.e. plenty of mountain time!).
Wages & Benefits: £250 per week (paid monthly into a UK bank account), shared Accommodation and food allowance, full Portes du Soleil Lift Pass, transport to and from the UK / French Alps.
