James Dale is the founder of Season To Season Employment.  He began his career in the French Alps as a glass collector in a renowned Apres-Ski bar and progressed through the ranks to eventually manage the business himself.  His seasonal work has taken him all over Europe, where he has managed bars and restaurants, and worked in kitchens and hotels. Most notably as the General Manager of La Taverne – a thriving establishment in Meribel, at the heart of the Three Valleys, which comprises a busy hotel, lively bar and a la carte restaurant.  He has worked extensively in the hospitality industry for 13 years, including 7 years specialising in HR.  His knowledge, experience and enthusiasm for hospitality has led to the creation of Season To Season Employment.
